# Khởi tạo Workspace

Sạu khi đăng ký/đăng nhập tài khoản thành công, bạn sẽ bắt đầu khởi tạo Workspace cho công ty mình tại ACheckin 

## Khởi tạo Workspace trên trình duyệt

Click chọn "Tạo Workspace" để khởi tạo

Tại màn tạo Workspace, bạn nhập đầy đủ các thông tin và chọn "Tạo ngay"

* **Nhập tên workspace muốn tạo:** Tên workspace bắt buộc có ít nhất 3 ký tự trở lên bao gồm các chữ cái từ a - z và chữ số 0 - 9, chữ thường không viết hoa, viết liền nhau và không được trùng với tên các workspace đã có.
* **Tên công ty (Bắt buộc):** Nhập tên công ty của bạn 
* **Địa chỉ công ty:** Nhập địa chỉ công ty của bạn
* **Email liên hệ (Bắt buộc):** Nhập email để liên hệ với công ty đúng định dạng email
* **Số điện thoại liên hệ (Bắt buộc):** Nhập số điện thoại đúng định dạng: 0xxxxxxxxx hoặc +84xxxxxxxxx
* **Chọn số lượng nhân viên (Bắt buộc):** số lượng nhân viên theo quy mô công ty 

## Khởi tạo Workspace trên điện thoại

* Bước 1: Đăng ký/đăng nhập tài khoản ACheckin 
* Chọn "Tạo/Tham gia workspace" 
* Chọn "Tạo workspace mới 
* Nhập thông tin workspace như tạo trên trình duyệt
